We are a long established family guest house located in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames between Worcester Park and New Malden town centres

We offer bed & breakfast with a warm welcome within our family home. The accommodation is within a modern town house which overlooks the Old Malden conservation with it's village green with pond and pub, parts of which date back to the 15th century.

Rooms are en-suite, light and airy with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities. A choice of breakfast is served including full English cooked breakfast or Continental style. Free parking and free internet parking is included in B&B price.

The vibrant shopping centre of Kingston-upon-Thames is nearby with its wide range of shops and lively market. Also close to the B&B is Wimbledon famous for its lawn tennis championship. Other local towns include Sutton, New Malden, Motspur Park, Raynes Park, Morden and Surbiton.
