We are a long established family guest house located in Old Malden which lies within the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames between Worcester Park and New Malden town centres.
We offer bed & breakfast with a warm welcome within our family home. The accommodation is within a modern town house which overlooks the Old Malden conservation area centred around it’s village green with pond and pub, parts of which date back to the 15th century.
Rooms are en-suite, light and airy with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities. A choice of breakfast is served including full English cooked breakfast or Continental style.

Our B&B is close to two mainline stations with frequent train services to central London. The town centres of Kingston upon Thames, Wimbledon and Sutton are nearby. The guest house is within 1 mile of the A3 which provides convenient access by car to London, Surrey and M25.
